Sierra Meat & Seafood takes pride in offering the highest quality products available. It is our commitment to go above and beyond your expectations. Our family’s love for the meat industry comes from our great grandfather, Armando Flocchini Sr., an immigrant butcher from Italy. First, Armando worked as a calf skinner at Durham Meat Company in the 1930s in San Francisco until he saved up enough money to eventually buy the company. As the new owner, Armando got his two sons, Armando Jr. (Bud) and Rich involved, and later, their own children would eventually join the family business. After much growth and onboarding of specialty and exotic products, it was time to expand.
In 1986, we moved to Reno, NV where our 4th generation family-owned meat supplier keeps safety and quality as the number one priority. Our business includes private labeling and manufacturing portion control meat and seafood and distributing them regionally as well as nationwide.
The passion of our family business has always been to offer natural, sustainable, and wholesome proteins, and that is that fuel that drives us every day.
