Another successful Best in the West Rib Cook-Off is under our belts (in more ways than one!). We were happy to be a partner in this fantastic and delicious event for another year and are already looking to and planning for 2020. Our Executive VP Bernadette Flocchini was on site all weekend – as were many of the dedicated family members – to ensure that the event was well supplied and that each cooker had all the ribs they needed.
Ribs, Ribs and More Ribs! …a look at one of many aisles of floor to ceiling pork ribs in the Sierra Meat & Seafood cooler. All this meat is transported daily to a satellite office on site at the event.
