A Family Tradition of Craftsmanship, Built for the Future.

Our Story Begins Behind a Butcher’s Counter.

A legacy built over generations — guided by craftsmanship, growth, and integrity.

The People Behind the Promise.

Integrity, consistency, and care aren’t slogans here — they’re family principles passed down through generations.

From our leadership to our line team, every member of Sierra carries those values into every order we fill and every partnership we build.

“Quality isn’t what we deliver — it’s who we are.”

A Network Built on Trust.

Our story extends beyond our family name. It lives in the ranchers who raise responsibly, the chefs who demand excellence, and the distributors who depend on us every day.

Together with our family of brands — Durham Ranch, Flocchini Family Provisions, Taquoma Ranches, Seattle Fish Company / Lombardi Brothers Meats, MacDonald Meat Company, and Durham Meat & Seafood (Corporate) — we form a network dedicated to doing things the right way, not the easy way.

Preserving What Matters, Advancing What’s Possible.

We believe heritage and innovation can — and should — coexist.

That’s why Sierra continues to invest in sustainable sourcing, modern processing, and the next generation of leadership committed to stewardship and progress.

The tools may change, but the promise remains the same: to deliver excellence with integrity.

“Our responsibility is to honor the past by leading the future.”

— Sierra Leadership Team

Trust That’s Earned, Not Claimed.

Quality is proven, not proclaimed.

Our operations meet the highest global standards — USDA, HACCP, BRCGS — ensuring every product that leaves our doors meets the same level of care we started with in 1948.

After four generations, we’ve learned that true reliability is measured not in years, but in relationships.
